With over thirty years as an entrepreneur, Glenda is an independent Business Development Consultant, certified Entrepreneurial and Personal Development Coach and an InfoDev-accredited facilitator.
Joining Toastmasters was her way of overcoming her fear of public speaking but little did she know of the holistic nature of the Organization. Communication aside, Toastmasters has touched all aspects of her life. Her leadership growth has seen her serve as VP Public Relations, VP Membership and now President, a role that by all appearances will outstrip every other in impacting her personal development. Her aim is to uphold the stated mission of the club and to see herself and other members consciously functioning within the larger context of Toastmasters International.
As the managing director of CARIFIC Coaching and Consulting Ltd and Caribbean Fashion Industry Consulting Limited, she holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development, other advanced certifications and has served on several boards.

NICOLE CAZEAU

Nicole Cazeau is both Winner’s Incoming and Outgoing Vice President of Membership. Nicole is an Information Technology Professional and holds both a degree in Information Technology with Honors from the University of The West Indies and a Master’s of Science in the discipline Information Systems Management from the University of Greenwich. Nicole joined Winners Toastmasters Club as part of her ongoing drive for excellence. One of her goals is to be an effective communicator, while another is to strive to make a positive impact on the club. As a steward, she follows the mantra “Stewardship is leaving a system better than you found it.” -Michael Barber

After almost ten years working in the political arena my husband was taken aback that I had joined Winners Toastmasters Club. As I practiced before the mirror he would enquire: “Why the new hobby? And I had to admit that before Winners Toastmasters I merely read speeches. Now I was delivering speeches with passion ... moving my body, undulating my voice, inspiring many and delivering power-packed Informative business presentations. Not only had I improved ... I was consistently influencing others because I had a formula.I have now embraced Toastmasters strategies to become a competent communicator and capable leader. I perform roles during club meetings. Additionally, I have become a member of the executive and my learning has spiraled out of control. I am blooming and there is no going back....
DR WENDY DIAZ

Dr. Wendy Diaz is a highly experienced Toastmaster. She one of the few members of our club who has experienced many different facets of the organization. Dr. Diaz has served in the capacity of Club President, and an astounding number of four terms as Vice President of Education. In addition to this, she has served as Sargent of Arms and VP Membership. Dr. Diaz is a medical doctor by profession and possesses many academic certifications within the field of medicine. In addition to this, Dr. Diaz holds the title of Competent Communicator and Advanced Leadership Bronze. She is truly dedicated to any field she puts her mind too. Despite this, however, Dr. Diaz or “Wendy” as she is fondly called maintains an attitude of humility and maternal nurturing to new members. She can be often be found at the end of meetings giving constructive criticism and accolades to her adopted protégés
LEISA BROWN

Mrs. Leisa Brown is an Administrative and Technical Professional with over twenty-five (25) years of successful experience working in the oil and gas industry. An ardent supporter of youth development via sports, she also spends her time contributing on the Executive of a National Sporting Organisation. One of her favourite roles in Toastmasters is that of the ‘Ah Counter’. Mrs. Brown is married and is the mother of a daughter, who is also a Toastmaster. She has also succeeded in having her sister become a Toastmaster. Together they enjoy spending this quality time as they see each other grow.
GIZELLE CROOKS

Gizelle Crooks is currently employed at a large public/private sector organization for the past eleven (11) years. She formerly held several positions in various private sector organizations and has gained over 27 years of combined experience in administration, project management, corporate social responsibility, corporate communications, events management, education and law.
Gizelle's educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma In Law from Staffordshire University, UK; an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, UK, a BA Management from Heriot-Watt University, UK and several other professional certifications.
Gizelle has been a member of Winners Toastmasters Club for the past three (3) years and is serving her second term as the Club Secretary.
